Baffle Announces New Capabilities for Amazon Simple Storage Service

Baffle, a security platform designed to protect data cryptographically, has announced new data security capabilities for Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3). The new offering from Baffle will provide customers with safer and more comprehensive control of their data to ensure it’s protected at rest, in use, and in motion when it’s being ingested, stored, and processed via generative AI pipelines. Additional benefits include a transparent reverse proxy for Amazon S3, support for multi-tenancy, data isolation functionalities, and further data security through masking, tokenization, and encryption at the field, object, or bucket level.

BeyondID Releases its Identity Management Services on the AWS Marketplace

BeyondID, a managed identity solutions provider, has announced that its identity management services are now available on the AWS Marketplace. With these services, AWS customers can modernize their IT infrastructure, offload IT responsibilities, ensure continuous threat detection, and secure all their networks, devices, applications, data, and workloads. Charles Fortune, co-founder and COO at BeyondID, says, “Providing customers with access to our services within AWS Marketplace is a logical next step for us. ConductorOne Launches a New Identity Lifecycle Management Solution

ConductorOne, an identity governance platform, has announced a new identity lifecycle management solution for joiners, movers, and leavers (JML). The solution is built to automate the provisioning and deprovisioning of access for various JML use cases, allowing businesses to onboard and onboard users in just a few clicks. This will help IT and security teams save time while reducing the risk of unnecessary access and limiting the “blast radius” of a potential breach. The new solution is available now as part of ConductorOne’s full-suite IGA offering.

DigiCert Completes its Acquisition of Vercara

DigiCert, a global digital trust provider, has completed its acquisition of Vercara, a cloud-based services provider. The acquisition was backed by Clearlake Capital Group, Crosspoint Capital Partners, and TA Associates Management. Vercara will help DigiCert expand its capabilities and improve its ability to protect organizations of all sizes from the growing risk of cyber-attacks. By combining its capabilities with Vercara’s, DigiCert will be better positioned to give customers a unified DNS and certificate management experience.

Infoblox Releases its Universal DDI Product Suite

Infloblox, a cloud networking and security services provider, has released its new Universal DDI Product Suite. The suite includes three new product offerings: Infoblox Universal DDI Management, Infoblox Universal Asset Insights, and NIOS-X as a Service. With these tools, organizations can streamline the automation of their cross-cloud DDI environments, eliminate the need for outdated manual tracking methods, automatically identify unused IP addresses susceptible to security risks, and extend critical network services as close to users and workloads as possible.

JumpCloud—a unified open directory platform designed to manage identities, devices, and access securely—has launched the JumpCloud Partner Program. The new program will use a four-tiered system for JumpCloud managed service providers (MSPs) and value-added resellers (VARs) to recognize and reward different levels of partner commitment, expertise, and collaboration. Each tier offers distinct benefits, including discounts, exclusive resources, co-marketing opportunities, priority support, and early access to new features.

OneTrust Debuts New Tools for DORA ICT Risk Management and Compliance

OneTrust, an AI and data solution provider, has announced several capabilities that aim to help companies in the financial sector improve resilience and operationalize their compliance with the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). The new offerings build on the OneTrust Third-Party Management solution and include two-click registration of information reporting, enhanced data feeds for risk and compliance efforts, and additional 4th- and nth-party risk management tools. Ping Identity Reveals Findings from its 2024 Consumer Survey

Ping Identity—a provider of seamless and secure digital experiences—has published its 2024 Consumer Survey, which revealed that 87 percent of consumers across various markets are concerned about identity fraud, a 24 percent increase year over year. The data also shows that 89 percent of respondents have concerns about artificial intelligence (AI) affecting their identity security. Other takeaways include 75 percent of respondents wanting changes regarding how they log in to apps and websites.
